Tire Amnesty Day

City of Hesperia is hosting Tire Amnesty Day on February 04, 2023 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Advance Disposal Co. facility located at 17105 Mesa Street in Hesperia. Please enter from Santa Fe Avenue.
The event is free of charge to Hesperia residents with proof of residency. Residents may bring up to 9 passenger and light truck tires, without rims, for recycling. No commercial dealers, businesses or tires over 44” will be accepted. This event is funded by a grant from the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery - CalRecycle.

Items accepted: Computer monitors, television sets, PC systems, printers, laptops, copiers, scanners, fax machines, toner cartridges, UPS & PDAs, power supplies, main frame units, networking equipment, mother board systems, VCR/VCD/DVD players, home entertainment systems, landline and cellular phones, and small portable devices. Car and forklift batteries are accepted. Service fee applies for microwave ovens. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, fluorescent light bulbs, and household batteries will not be accepted.

Used Oil Filter Exchange & Recycling

The Used Oil Filter Exchange & Recycling Event happens in July and allow residents to bring used oil filters for recycling in exchange for an oil filter voucher for one FREE oil filter. These events are for San Bernardino County residents only.
