The City of Hesperia has a franchise agreement with Advance Disposal Company which designates our company as the City's exclusive waste hauler. Therefore, it is no longer an option to self-haul or use other companies to transport construction debris to the landfill. For additional information on the City Construction and Demolition Conditions and Specifications or Processes, please visit the City of Hesperia website at:

In 2005, the City of Hesperia was instructed by the State of California (California Integrated Waste Management Board) to implement a Construction and Demolition (C&D) Ordinance which would require C&D debris generated within the City of Hesperia to be recycled. The fine that can be imposed for non-compliance of this ordinance can reach up to $10,000 per day. Should you require additional information regarding California State mandates, please visit the CalRecycle (formerly California Integrated Waste Management) website:

If you owe additional money, it will be charged to your credit card or sent out in a monthly bill.

Advance Disposal Company accepts Visa and MasterCard

over the phone and cash or check upon delivery. Automatic pickup will be scheduled in seven days unless specified in advance. Due to weight limitations, 3 cubic yard bins must

not contain rock, dirt, concrete, tile, roofing material or asphalt. This bin charge is a monthly charge with a one-time per week dump. Containers may be dumped multiple times for a fee by contacting Advance Disposal the day prior to the requested dump day. The billing cycle is from the 15th of the current month to the 15th of the next month. Customers are billed every month. Prior to start of service, an account must be established and a copy of a Release form must be signed by the owner of the property.
